1. The Consultation
Our consultations are a great way for our clients to speak to an industry expert, from the comfort of their own home. We offer virtual consultations which our experts present you with an informative short presentation over video call as well as an interactive one to one discussion about your project and requirements. This gives you the chance to connect with us anytime, anywhere and also invite multiple people if required.
2. The Proposal
The Consultant you speak to initially will go away and prepare a proposal based on your desired design, specification and requirements. This proposal will again give you an informative insight to the products we are offering for your project with a fully transparent plan of prices and payments for you to consider.
3. The Survey
If you are in one of our installation partner’s area within the UK, and have opted for an Installation Service with us, your Consultant will contact our Approved Installer in your area and they will book in an appointment to come and take accurate dimensions and confirm technical aspects to submit back to your Consultant.
4. The Finalisation
Your Consultant will process a finalised document for your project based on the information coming back from the Approved Installer. This will give you a final opportunity to review, discuss and make any amendments to your order before they enter production.
5. The Manufacturing
Once confirmed, your Consultant will process your order requirements through to one of our partnered manufacturers across the UK to cut, weld and fabricate your finished product. Your Consultant will keep you updated of this progress and will give you a rough insight to when we expect to have the products complete.
6. The Installation
If you have opted for an Installation Service with us, your Consultant will be in touch with some options for an installation appointment with our Approved Installer.
You will also receive information on what to expect with installation and any suggestions on what to do in preparation of the appointment.
7. The Certification
Your Consultant will be in touch either at the end of the install day, if not the next day to check in with the project from your side to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. Once complete, you will receive all your Holgate Certificates of Product & Service which includes your product/service warranties and your maintenance guides.
